Nadboralski's First Place Finish Leads the Way for Bluejays at home invitational (Cross Country)

On Thursday, September 18th, the Johnson Creek Bluejays cross-country team competed at home in the Johnson Creek Invitational, with Lauren Nadboralski leading the way for the team, scoring first in the women's individual finish with a time of 22:00.52. 

Moreover, Kiara Dach finished 4th, closely behind Lauren, with an exceptional time of 24:51.17. Sophia Le finished in 14th with a time of 30:12.49, and Madeleine Lira Esteves finished 16th with a time of 31:37.72.

For the Johnson Creek men’s team, they powered through and finished 4th with a team score of 62. Frankie Gutierrez finished 4th individually for the men’s team with a time of 19:07.08, leading his team to the 4th place finish overall. 

The rest of the Johnson Creek men's team also finished strong, with Evan Chowanec placing 7th with a time of 19:42.00.  Furthermore, Max Chowanec finished 18th with a time of 21:35.53, Collin Hucke finished 19th with a time of 21:40.42, Duncan Thomas finished 20th with a time of 22:03.69, and Ryder Kerttula finished 46th with a time of 32:39.67.  

The Johnson Creek Bluejays cross-country team will travel to River Bend Park on Thursday, September 25th, and participate in the Horicon River Run, with JV starting at 4 P.M.
