Nadboralski, Constable Lead The Way for Johnson Creek at Poynette Invitational (Cross Country)

On Thursday, September 11th, the Johnson Creek Bluejays cross country team fought hard at the Poynette Invitational, with the men’s team scoring a 6th place finish and the women’s team, a 5th place finish.
All Johnson Creek runners had a personal course record in their valiant effort. Lauren Nadboralski came out with a 3rd place finish overall for the women with a time of 21:47.40. Lia Constable finished on her tail in 4th place with a time of 21:57.00.
Additionally, Kiara Dach finished 14th with a time of 23:49:50, Sohpia Le finished 44th with a time of 29:13:40, and Madeline Lira Esteves finished 49th with a time of 32:29:20.
The Johnson Creek men also performed very well on this course. Frankie Gutierrez finished in 11th place with a time of 19:01.60. The next best time for the Bluejays was Evan Chowanec's 19:46.70.
Furthermore, Collin Hucke finished 32nd with a time of 20:55:40, Max Chowanec finished 41st with a time of 21:37:90, and Duncan Thomas finished 43rd with a time of 21:47:20.
The Bluejays will host a home invitational on Thursday, September 18th at 4 P.M.
