Johnson Creek Falls to ALCS in Three Sets (Volleyball)

On Tuesday, September 30th, the Johnson Creek Bluejays volleyball team traveled to  Abundant Life and lost to the ALCS in 4 sets, 3-1.

The Bluejays came into this matchup with a record of 4-1 in conference play. ALCS started really strongly with a win in the first set, with a score of 25-13. The second set was a really close score, and they had to go into extras.  ALCS would go on to win the second set, 27-25.

The Bluejays started to get really hot in the third set and won their first set of the night with a score of 25-13. The fourth set started, and it was close most of the game.  It ended up going into extras, and the score of the final set was 26-24. ALCS takes the victory in the sets, 3-1.

Most of the Bluejays did very well, even though they lost. Sophomore Olivia Frey had 36 assists and 3 digs. She has had 15 or more assists for the last five games. Caroline Armstrong was another good player that night with 8 digs and 3 aces 

The Johnson Creek Bluejays, with a conference record of 4-2, will travel to Madison for the Conference Tournament on Saturday, October 11th, 2025.
