On Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, the Johnson Creek Bluejays crushed the Parkview Vikings 83-57.
Parkview started the game pretty warm, going up by a few points quickly. Johnson Creek had been starting slow recently and were sick of that and decided to turn it up this game. Shortly after, the Bluejays took the lead and never looked back. The game stayed within reach until right before halftime, when the Bluejays went up 39-23.
In the second half, Parkview didn’t have a chance; the Bluejays were on a roll. The Bluejays shot 55.3% from the field on 52.2% from behind the arc. Parkview never cut it to 15 points or less in the entire second half.
Hayden Wagner for the Bluejays led the game in scoring with 25 points, going 9/16 from the field and 5/10 on 3-pointers. He also had 9 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 steal. Brady Fincutter is coming in right behind him with 23 points, going 6/13 from the field and 3/6 from the 3-point line. He went 8/10 on free throws as well. He also had 9 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals. Kace Freimund scored 10 points in the game with 12 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 block.
The Johnson Creek Bluejays will host a conference game at home on Friday, February 6th, 2026, against the Palmyra-Eagle Panthers at Johnson Creek High School. Tip-off is at 7:15 PM, and tune in to watch Brady Fiuncutter attempt to reach the 1,000 point milestone for his High School career.
